Are you passionate about running and love helping others achieve their goals? As a Coach at Fleet Feet, you'll be the heartbeat of our community training programs providing encouragement, motivation, and on-site support for runners and walkers of all levels. Reporting to the Training Program Lead, you'll guide participants through training sessions, promote safety, and help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. This role is perfect for outgoing, fitness-minded individuals who want to give back to the running community and be part of something meaningful. No formal coaching certification required! If you're ready to lace up your shoes and help others cross their finish lines, we'd love to have you on the team. and help us inspire the runner in everyone.
