Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Motion Specialist/Fitness Specialist to inspire and guide individuals on their fitness journeys through expert movement coaching and personalized Stretch program design. In this role, you will leverage your experience, biomechanics knowledge, and motivational skills to enhance clients' physical performance, health, and overall well-being. You will create tailored stretch plans, deliver top of the line assisted stretches , and foster a positive environment that motivates clients to achieve their fitness goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant fitness community while advancing your career in the health and wellness industry.

• Pay is hourly plus bonuses after 30 days, with chances of increase upon a 60 day, and 90 day review. Duties Develop customized stretch plans based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and biomechanical assessments Apply biomechanics principles to improve clients' body mechanics, movement efficiency, and injury prevention strategies Ensure safety during all activities by practicing proper manual handling techniques and adhering to first aid protocols Educate clients on stretching, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits to support their overall wellness Build strong client rapport through effective communication, coaching, and personalized attention to foster motivation and retention Warm calls to bring in new clientele, but also for retention purposes. Experience Education in either Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics. (Preferred)

Alternatively:

Background in Personal Training, Yoga, or Massage. Extensive knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) (Preferred, not required) Demonstrated success in fitness sales, client communication, and customer service within the health club or gym environment Customer service experience is a plus.

Pay:

$15.16 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 36.0 per week
