Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and positive individuals to join our team as Swim Lesson Instructors. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to children and adults in a safe and supportive environment. No prior experience is required, as we provide training and certification in swimming instruction, first aid, and CPR. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with people, enjoys helping others learn new skills, and has a strong ability to swim. Responsibilities Conduct engaging and effective swim lessons for participants of various ages and skill levels. Ensure the safety of all students during lessons by following established safety protocols. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help students improve their swimming techniques. Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere to foster confidence in learners. Assist with setting up and maintaining swimming equipment and facilities. Complete necessary training and certification in swimming instruction, first aid, and CPR as part of onboarding. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members regarding lesson progress and safety procedures. Skills Ability to swim proficiently; teaching others how to swim requires strong personal swimming skills. Positive attitude with a genuine interest in working with children and adults. Willingness to learn new skills through provided training and certification programs. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to water activities; prior experience is recommended but not required. Strong communication skills to instruct and motivate learners of all ages. Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations, including administering first aid or CPR if needed. Pay:
