We help adults in midlife build healthspan, not just lifespan, through evidence-informed coaching grounded in Mediterranean lifestyle practice. Our clients come to us for sustained one-to-one guidance: nutrition and lifestyle coaching, women's hormonal transition support, movement guidance, and a premium in-home concierge service.

This is a founding team role. You will be one of the first two coaches hired, working directly with our founder, who trained in France across more than 1,280 hours of nutrition and micronutrition study and has built the protocols you will deliver. The role You are our senior practitioner. You will carry the premium end of our client book and set the standard for how our coaching is delivered. Deliver our VIP concierge service in clients' homes across Miami-Dade and Broward. This is our highest-touch tier, built on a weekly in-home session, and it is the core of this role Be trained by the founder on the VIP protocol, then uphold and refine it in live conditions Carry a caseload of signature coaching clients alongside the concierge work: paid initial assessments, multi-week programs, and ongoing membership check-ins Support and mentor our second coach as the studio grows, and help us train the practitioners who join in Year 2 and beyond Teach our Kobido-derived facial self-massage method, which clients perform on themselves Provide adapted physical-activity guidance and coordinate referrals to our partner network A company vehicle is provided for concierge house calls. What this role is not We want to be straightforward about scope, because it shapes the work. Seheiah provides wellness and general nutrition coaching. We do not provide medical nutrition therapy, we do not diagnose or treat any disease or medical condition, we do not prescribe therapeutic dietary regimens, and we do not perform massage on clients. Our self-massage service is instruction only: you demonstrate on yourself and the client performs the technique on themselves. If your interest is clinical practice, this is not the right role, and we would rather you knew that from the advertisement. What we are looking for

Required:

Five or more years coaching clients on nutrition, wellness, health behavior change or a closely related field Direct experience with high-touch, affluent or executive clients. Our concierge tier is a premium service delivered in the client's home, and it needs someone who has held relationships at that level A recognized coaching or nutrition credential, for example NBHWC board certification, ACE Health Coach, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 or 2, ISSA, or an equivalent qualification Demonstrated ability to hold a client relationship over months, not sessions A valid Florida driver's license and willingness to travel to client homes across Miami-Dade and Broward Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. All new hires complete Form I-9 Comfort with the scope boundaries described above, and the judgment to refer out when a client's needs fall outside them Strongly preferred: Professional fluency in Spanish alongside English. A substantial share of our Miami client base will be served in Spanish, and this is a client-facing role in which sessions are conducted in the client's own language Experience with clients in midlife, particularly women navigating perimenopause and menopause, which is our lead client segment Experience mentoring or training other practitioners Familiarity with wearables and biomarker-informed coaching French is a genuine plus given our founder's background and our European partner network, though it is not required Compensation and benefits Competitive salary, discussed at first interview Paid time off This is a non-exempt position Direct training and mentoring from the founder, and the standing of the founding senior practitioner as the studio grows How to apply Send a CV and a short note about a client you worked with over a long period and what changed for them.
