  • Diabetes Dietitian Educator
  • has experience in diabetes self-management training.
+ The position will implement clinical and education programs. + Be responsible for quality improvement. + Research activities and be an expert resource for both patients and providers. + The position may also be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs. + team members in the position are required to get certified (CDCES - Diabetes) within two years of their hire date/transfer date.

  • + Registered Dietitian License (RD) OR Registered Nurse (RN) + Bachelor's Degree in a related field + 3 years of Registered Dietitian experience is required. + Minimum of 1000 hours of professional practice experience in diabetes self-management training and has passed the Certification Examination for Diabetes Educators. + CDCES certification _Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled_
