Our mission is to deliver individualized care that empowers clients in their journey toward emotional wellness and independence. We are currently seeking Group Facilitators to provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) , Group Therapy , and Clubhouse Services to adults with mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will help clients restore or develop the skills needed to reach their highest level of independence in daily living, learning, working, and social interaction. Responsibilities Facilitate Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) , Group Therapy , or Clubhouse sessions for adults with mental health challenges. Develop and lead structured, goal-oriented group sessions focused on improving social, educational, and vocational skills. Support clients in building daily living skills and developing coping strategies to enhance community integration. Accurately document all services and progress notes for PSR, Group Therapy, and/or Clubhouse activities in compliance with agency and state standards. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to coordinate care and ensure quality service delivery. Attend trainings, supervision, and required in-service courses as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (required) (Master's degree preferred) Successful completion of background screening , fingerprints, and required in-service certifications (CPR, Security Awareness, Elder Abuse, HIPAA, OSHA, AIDS/HIV, COVID-19, Domestic Violence, Medical Errors, Baker Act, Co-Occurring Disorders, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to accurately complete clinical documentation for PSR, Group, and Clubhouse sessions Proficiency with Computer use Authorized to work in the United States Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater independence Why Join DGP Health & Wellness Supportive, mission-driven work environment Opportunities for professional growth and training Flexible and collaborative team culture Rewarding work making a real difference in people's lives Work setting: In-person, community or office-based
