Job Description

UF Health is seeking a Diabetes Educator to provide evidence-based diabetes self-management education to patients and families within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The educator will assess learning needs, develop individualized education plans, and deliver one-on-one and group sessions on glucose monitoring, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modification. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, this role supports quality improvement initiatives and documentation in the EMR.
