Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Coach to guide members through OsteoStrong sessions and deliver an exceptional client experience. This is not a traditional fitness role—our system is low-impact, high-intensity, and highly personalized.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide members through OsteoStrong sessions safely and effectively Educate clients on proper positioning and technique Track member progress and celebrate results Build strong relationships and provide outstanding customer service Maintain a clean, professional studio environment Support membership growth through referrals and community engagement

Who We're Looking For:

Passion for health, wellness , and helping others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor Coachable and eager to learn a specialized system You're dependable , solution-oriented, and bring a strong presence to your team. You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment with room for personal and professional growth. You value longevity, wellness, and proactive health , not just aesthetics or performance. Background in fitness, body mechanics, health, rehab, or sales is a plus (but not required)
