Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Reproductive Medicine Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and support throughout all stages of the reproductive medicine process. As a Reproductive Medicine Provider, you will work closely with our physicians, Embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests (including HSG's), and treatment protocols. 2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician to optimize patient outcomes. 3. Educate patients on fertility treatment options, including assisted reproductive technologies (ART), medications, and lifestyle modifications. 4. Perform various procedures, such as ultrasound examinations, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and endometrial biopsies, as needed. 5. Monitor patients undergoing fertility treatments, assess response to treatment, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. 6. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families throughout the reproductive medicine journey. 7. Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care. 8. Participate in research activities, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education to enhance clinical practice and contribute to advancements in reproductive medicine. 9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. 10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program. 2. Current NP/PA licensure and certification in the state of practice. 3. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in reproductive medicine or a related field. 4. Proficiency in transvaginal ultrasounds, HSG's, SIS's, IUI's. 5. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills. 7. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. 8. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
