Job Description:
Address:
Onsite at Lift 710 S Tampa Ave Suite 209, Orlando, FL 32805 and 900 Winderley Pl Maitland FL. Fosters relationships with community organizations to support and expand wellness efforts. Communicates effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders to promote wellness programs. Utilizes marketing strategies to increase participation and engagement in wellness programs. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the operation of wellness programs and the Wellness Center. Ensures reporting to relevant internal stakeholders such as finance, business development, Community Advocacy, tax, etc. Develops and implements wellness programs that promote health, safety, and well-being. Collaborates with community, corporate, and municipal partners to enhance wellness initiatives and community outreach. Plans and executes community-based education and wellness outreach programs aimed at disease prevention and health promotion. Oversees financial and operational goals and objectives for Wellness programs and initiatives. Provides training and support to staff to ensure effective program delivery and customer service. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of wellness programs, using appropriate metrics to assess outcomes. Other duties as assigned.

Education:
  • Master's [Required]
Field of Study:
  • in Science in
Public Health, Health Administration or Nursing Work Experience:
  • 10+ of leadership experience in wellness, fitness, or community health [Preferred]
  • 5+ of leadership experience in wellness, fitness, or community health upon hire [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support
  • CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
  • Driver's License (DL) [Required]
  • Personal Training Certification
  • American Council on Exercise (ACE-CPT) [Preferred]
  • National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) [Preferred]
  • Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) [Preferred]
