As a Youth Development Coach, you will lead engaging physical activity sessions in local schools, helping students develop confidence, healthy habits, teamwork, and fundamental movement skills. This is more than a coaching job—it's an opportunity to mentor the next generation and positively influence young lives every day. Duties & Responsibilities Lead structured physical activity and movement sessions for elementary and middle school students. Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for every child. Teach age-appropriate movement skills, fitness, and healthy lifestyle habits. Encourage teamwork, confidence, respect, and perseverance. Serve as a positive role model both on and off the field. Set up and organize equipment before and after sessions. Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and fellow coaches. Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead with enthusiasm. Requirements Passion for working with children and making a positive impact. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to be active for several hours, including standing, running, and demonstrating exercises. Experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, or working with youth is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. A degree or coursework in exercise science, kinesiology, sports science, education, or a related field is preferred but not required. Pay:
$15.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week
