Role:

Project LeanNation Cumberland is looking for a passionate and motivated Wellness Educator to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in people's lives by guiding them on their health and wellness journeys. Responsibilities:

Educate clients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and wellness best practices Conduct one-on-one and group wellness consultations to assess client goals and needs Develop and deliver engaging wellness programs and educational content Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term health success Track client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed Represent the Project LeanNation brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive studio environment

Requirements:

Background or education in nutrition, health coaching, wellness, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals Experience in customer service, coaching, or education is a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural team player Relevant wellness or nutrition certifications are a bonus
