We're looking for energetic, compassionate, and water-loving individuals to lead swimming sessions for individuals with diverse abilities in a warm, therapeutic pool environment.

What You'll Do:

Teach adapted swim and water-based movement Help participants gain strength, balance, and independence Support entry/exit to the pool (sometimes with wheelchairs) Team up with other awesome instructors and volunteers Live the YMCA values of
