Founding Educator - Neurodivergent Microschool North Atlanta Neurodivergent Learning Community Marietta, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $45 - $60 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teaching Full Job Description Overview I'm a parent in North Atlanta creating an intentionally tiny microschool for bright neurodivergent teens who haven't found the right fit in traditional schools. The program will launch with its first student and grow deliberately to just 3-4 compatible teens. The primary focus will be building real-world social skills with intellectually compatible peers, alongside individualized, appropriately challenging academics. I'm looking for an exceptional educator or school leader who wants to help create and lead the program — not simply teach a prewritten curriculum. The right person will understand autism/neurodivergence, connect exceptionally well with teenagers, be comfortable supporting regulation and behavioral challenges, and, most importantly, be excited about building something new. This will be a substantial part-time position with the potential to grow, located somewhere in the North Atlanta metro — likely Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, East Cobb, or a nearby community.
