Stretch Therapist /
Mobility Specialist Location:
East Cobb / Marietta GA •This posting is on behalf of our servicing client. We at FIBR are a fitness staffing recruiting firm. Are you passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives? We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Stretch Therapist / Mobility Specialist to join our growing wellness team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients to improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, and overall physical wellness through assisted stretching and movement-based techniques. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Assess client mobility, flexibility, and movement patterns Educate clients on recovery, wellness, and mobility best practices Build strong client relationships and encourage ongoing wellness programs Maintain accurate session notes and client records Assist with client scheduling, follow-up communications, and studio operations Support membership and package sales through client education and recommendations Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Background in fitness, personal training, massage therapy, athletic training, kinesiology, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or a related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for health, wellness, recovery, and helping others achieve their goals Comfortable working independently and as part of a team CPR certification preferred Willingness to learn new techniques through hands-on and online training
