Description of Duties:
Coordinate and manage all administrative and operational aspects of MSF courses from initiation through completion, including scheduling, student registration and support, documentation and compliance paperwork, and collaboration with appropriate faculty and staff to ensure successful course delivery. Facilitate the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) RiderCoach Preparation RiderCourse in accordance with the MSF RiderCoach Trainer Guide and Leeward CC Motorcycle Safety Program operation procedures. Facilitate the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Advanced RiderCoach Preparation RiderCourse. Facilitate the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Military Sportbike RiderCoach Preparation. Facilitate the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Basic RiderCourse and Basic RiderCourse (Hawaii Edition) as applicable. Facilitate the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Basic RiderCourse II. Facilitate the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Advanced RiderCourse. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Class 2 or motorcycle endorsement on driver license. Current MSF RiderCoach Trainer Certification. Current MSF Advanced RiderCourse RiderCoach Certification. Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Current State of Hawaii DOT Motorcycle Instructor Certification. At least two years as an active RiderCoach.
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with Student Database systems, such as Destiny or RMI (military system). Experience managing programs that require safety oversite. Experience with project management and/or program coordination in a business or education environment.
