Immediately Job Description Van Buren County CSD is accepting applications for a Mentor to Coach. A mentor to coach guides, supports, and helps coaches or staff members to improve their professional skills, reach personal goals, and implement best practices. This role blends the long-term advisory support of a mentor with the performance-driven, actionable feedback of a coach. Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to track and build performance. Deliver constructive, actionable feedback based on direct observations. Help coaches set realistic short-term and long-term growth goals. Share resources, tools, and proven strategies to overcome challenges. Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and milestones. Collaborate with teams or leaders to align individual development with organizational standards.
