In this role, you will be responsible for client sales, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales efforts, maintaining cleanliness of service areas, and assisting with retail store operations. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Support sales activities through product recommendations and assisting customers in making informed choices. Maintain cleanliness of service rooms and common areas to uphold hygiene standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and checkout processes. Contribute to a clean and organized work environment by performing regular cleaning tasks as needed. Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Experience Previous experience in retail store environments is preferred. Experience in customer service roles demonstrating strong communication skills. Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly. Prior exposure to wellness or health-related settings is a plus but not required. Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude. What we're looking for A warm, confident, and professional communicator who enjoys connecting with people. Reliable attendance and the ability to work the scheduled shifts. Ability to stand and move throughout a shift and complete light cleaning, stocking, and room-reset tasks. Previous experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, spa, salon, medical office, or wellness settings is preferred, but not required.
