Chloe is a brand-new kitchen with a growing team, and we're looking for people who want to be part of what we're building from the beginning. Experience is valuable, but it isn't everything. We're looking for people who are dependable, curious, willing to learn, and proud of the work they do. People who ask questions, take care of their station and equipment, help the person next to them, and understand that every role in a kitchen matters. You don't need to walk through the door knowing everything. We'll teach, coach, and give you the tools and expectations to succeed. What we ask in return is effort, respect, accountability, and a genuine desire to get better.
