Responsibilities Conduct instructor-led training classes on

CPR, AED

operation, first aid procedures, and emergency defibrillation techniques using adult education methods. Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with current protocols and best practices for adult learners. Utilize first aid instruction simulation dummies and emergency defibrillation trainers to provide realistic practice scenarios. Demonstrate proper use of AED devices and teach participants how to respond effectively during cardiac emergencies. Facilitate engaging classroom experiences by employing strong communication skills and public speaking techniques. Assess learner understanding through practical demonstrations and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills retention. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certification documentation in compliance with organizational standards. Qualifications Proven experience in adult education or classroom teaching environments, particularly in first aid or CPR instruction. Certification as a CPR/First Aid instructor with current credentials to teach BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) courses. Strong knowledge of first aid protocols, emergency response procedures, and AED operation. Hands-on experience with first aid instruction simulation dummies and AED trainers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Background in lifeguarding or swimming is preferred, demonstrating comfort around water safety scenarios.
