We're looking for a polished, energetic, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical spa or wellness environment. We're seeking someone who enjoys educating clients, building relationships, driving sales, and creating exceptional experiences every single day. What You'll Do Deliver a five-star client experience from check-in to check-out. Conduct consultations and facility tours, educate clients on our services, and recommend memberships, wellness programs, and treatment packages. Set clients up on our wellness and recovery technologies while ensuring they feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Manage appointment scheduling, front desk email, phone calls, text messages, payments, and accurate client records. Assist with inventory management, opening and closing procedures, laundry, light cleaning, and maintaining a polished, client-ready clinic. Support community outreach, local events, and marketing initiatives to help grow the

brand. Collaborate with providers and teammates to ensure smooth daily operations. Who You Are You are someone who: Has at least 2 years of experience working in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, wellness center, concierge medical office, or similar client-focused healthcare environment. Loves helping people and delivers exceptional customer service. Is confident discussing wellness services and comfortable recommending memberships and treatment plans. Is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive. Works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Has a genuine passion for health, wellness, fitness, longevity, or regenerative aesthetics. Lives within a reasonable commute of Oak Brook/Oakbrook Terrace. Is available to work every Saturday and additional weekday shifts as needed.
