Must have demonstrated safe behavior Must have the ability to succeed formal training and schooling sessions Must be capable of effective oral, written, and verbal electrical communication Must be capable of working without direct supervision. Required to achieve the company-approved minimum 4 O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifications within one year from date of employment.
