JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting Wellness Center team members with the development, implementation, and management of Health Promotion, Community Health Education, and the health of our employees. This position is responsible for assisting Wellness Center members with the use of all fitness equipment, scheduling of center services and leading facility tours. Provides services for the front desk area including administrative duties, answering phone, assisting in the registration process for new members, cleaning equipment, and maintaining supplies within the facility. This position requires providing services to adolescents, adults and geriatric clients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Health System.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED
Must possess a minimum high school diploma or equivalent degree.
PREFERRED
Experience in the health care and/or exercise/wellness field, as well as food service industry ServSafe Food Handler certification completed if applicable
Current Illinois Sanitation License License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
BLS required Valid Driver's License

Non-exempt hourly
