This Is Not a Medical Job We are not looking for medical assistants, CNAs, STNAs, LPNs, or other clinical staff. There are no injections, medical procedures, or clinical certifications involved, and we're not looking for that kind of background. What matters far more to us is how you show up with people and families — warmth, patience, structure, and follow-through. If you've spent years in teaching, childcare, coaching, or another fast-paced, people-first role, you already have the instincts we're looking for. Who We're Looking For Experience working with children — as a teacher, childcare provider, coach, or similar — or comparable experience working closely with people in a fast-paced environment People with natural leadership or management instincts — you notice what needs to be done and either do it or help others do it well Punctual and dependable — you show up on time, every time, and follow through Comfortable working with children and adults on the autism spectrum, or with other non-pain-related sensory, developmental, or neurological differences A people person who builds trust with families and makes patients of all kinds feel safe and comfortable Someone comfortable learning new systems, scripts, and technology (we'll train you on everything chiropractic-specific) Organized enough to run a front desk and stay ahead of a growing schedule What You'll Be Doing Family & Patient Experience Build meaningful connections with the families we serve, treating them with the same warmth and structure you'd bring to a classroom or group of kids Guide families through their visits using scripts and processes we'll fully train you on — no prior chiropractic or medical knowledge needed Front Desk & Administrative Support Schedule appointments and manage phone calls Handle payments and financial arrangements with families (we're an out-of-network practice, so no insurance verification involved) Communicate with clarity and compassion Keep our systems — and team — organized and running smoothly Team & Culture Contribution Participate in ongoing personal development and team trainings Bring positive, steady energy to a mission-first environment As we grow, we're looking for people who can grow into leadership roles on our team Hours Monday-Friday 8- to 12-hour shifts (varies by day) Half day on Fridays Requirements Must be 18+ with reliable transportation Must be flexible with hours (not a 9-5 position) Not a seasonal or short-term role Able to travel 2x/year for training Strong tech and computer comfort required No medical certification required — we'll train you in everything chiropractic-specific Cover letter required — include your name, application date, and why your background working with people — kids or adults — and/or leadership experience makes you a great fit for Hope Chiropractic Work Remotely?
