Do you love helping clients hit their health and fitness goals? Have a passion to help each client achieve more. The Health and Wellness Coach will help manage the nutrition program of the gym. They will work with the Studio assistant manager to ensure the studio runs smoothly. Serve as a positive influence for members and the team. Work with Studio Manager and assistant manager to reach monthly membership goals with renewals and new sales. Reply to prospects via email and phone communication. - Goal Setting & Personal Guidance - Customized Fitness & Nutrition Support Able to attend weekly meetings either in person or on Zoom Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Support members with scheduling and troubleshooting issues with scheduling applications. Ability to hold clients accountable for their attendance and wellness goals. Implement the weekly exercise program. Ensure the cleanliness of the studio by light cleaning the equipment and studio. Conduct 30-minute small group classes of up to 5 people. Ability to modify exercises for clients with progressions and regressions as needed Post on social media such as facebook, instagram etc.
