Jul 18, 2025 Job Description This position supports the mission of the Rockwood School District by delivering the Parents As Teachers program services. This includes home visits, providing and connecting families with resources, facilitating group connections, and assessing the development of young children. This position must plan and effectively implement the PAT curriculum in accordance with state guidelines and the department's philosophy of education of young children and program goals/objectives. Parent educator must be able to work variable hours including some nights and weekends. This position works 27 hours total per week Certification and/or bachelor's degree in either early childhood, social work, health, psychology, or a related field and demonstrated ability in working with young children and parents.
