Position Overview We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Residential Coaches to provide mentorship, supervision, and support to students in our residential program. This role is ideal for individuals who are student-centered, empathetic, and excited to make a difference. Responsibilities Support students through daily routines, academic activities, and personal development goals. Lead or assist with recreational, service-learning, and adventure-based programs. Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to help students meet therapeutic and educational goals. Prepare simple meals and assist with light cleaning and residential tasks. Maintain a safe, supportive environment in both residential and campus settings. Collaborate with other staff to ensure continuity of care and positive student outcomes.
