Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Stretch Therapist / Women's Health Exercise Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on providing specialized stretching techniques and exercise guidance tailored to women's health needs, including prenatal and postnatal wellness. Your expertise will help clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being through personalized therapy sessions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to empower women on their health journeys while delivering exceptional patient service in a supportive environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual health conditions, mobility limitations, and goals Deliver targeted stretching therapies, including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, and prenatal massage techniques Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate exercise coaching for women's health concerns such as pregnancy recovery, pelvic floor strengthening, and pain management Educate clients on proper movement techniques, occupational health practices, and self-care strategies to promote long-term wellness Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment notes, and session outcomes in accordance with medical terminology standards Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and maintaining equipment readiness Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, provide motivation, and foster a positive therapeutic experience Requirements Proven experience in massage therapy with skills in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and prenatal massage Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pain management principles relevant to women's health and occupational health Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required for emergency preparedness Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients Prior experience working in a med spa or healthcare setting is preferred Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop effective treatment plans based on client needs Familiarity with medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and women's health issues Passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals through personalized care and exercise coaching Join us in making a meaningful impact by guiding women toward healthier lives! Pay:
$26.36 - $31.75 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per weekBenefits:
