As a Session Coach, you'll guide members through sessions that help them achieve their goals while building relationships that make them feel truly valued.
Who You Are:
Science-Based Background (Preferred): Experience or coursework in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, personal training, or a related health field. You understand how the body works — and you can explain it in a way that excites and reassures members.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication abilities, a knack for building relationships, and a passion for member satisfaction.
High Energy & Genuinely Warm:
You light up a room. Members look forward to seeing you, and you naturally make people feel comfortable, safe, and motivated from the moment they walk in.
Detail-Oriented:
Attentive to tracking member progress and prioritizing safety during sessions.
Team Player:
Positive attitude and a commitment to supporting teammates and the center's operations.
Physical Ability:
Able to demonstrate exercises and provide hands-on assistance to members when necessary.
What You'll Do:
Prioritize Safety and Comfort:
Create an environment where every member — regardless of age or ability — feels physically safe and emotionally at ease. Adjust session intensity based on each individual's needs and never push beyond what's appropriate.
Guide Members Through Their Sessions:
Deliver safe and effective coaching by ensuring proper technique and tailoring each session to individual goals. Track Progress with
Baseline Assessments:
Conduct assessments every 1-3 months, recording key metrics like grip strength, balance, and posture to monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
Educate and Motivate:
Teach members about our modalities and the Spectrum technology while keeping sessions positive and energetic. Celebrate achievements and encourage members to push their limits safely.
Build Meaningful Connections:
Show genuine interest in members' lives, following up on personal details and adjusting session intensity based on their state of mind. Maintain a
Clean and Safe Environment:
Keep the center spotless and equipment ready for every session, ensuring a pleasant experience for all.
Foster Teamwork:
Work closely with teammates to maintain a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Help each other out and handle conflicts professionally.
Work Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 10-15 hours per week. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, and weekends based on center needs.
