WIN THE DAY, TODAY
  • to discover their strength and build better lives.
Backed by Mark Wahlberg and powered by EōS Fitness, we are building world-class, wellness-integrated training centers where serious training is paired with premium amenities, spotless standards, and genuine hospitality. About the Role To help members turn ambition into progress through expert guidance, personal connection, and training that builds capability, confidence and lasting exercise habits. — Fitness Purpose, Municipal Member Experience Canon As Municipal's Fitness Manager, you own a member's very first real encounter with our training expertise: the Municipal Blueprint Assessment. This is where "elite, never stuffy" becomes real — you make serious fitness evaluation feel motivating rather than intimidating, for the twenty-year lifter and the first-time member alike. You are designing an experience, not administering a test. Every assessment is a chance to design in delight: helping someone see a clear, personalized path toward their full fitness potential, and confidently connecting them to the coaching support that will get them there.

Establish a reliable Personal Training recommendation and handoff process with the Personal Training Manager and trainer team. Begin training and upskilling personal trainers on delivering the Blueprint Assessment consistently. Core Responsibilities Member Assessment & Consultation Deliver premier fitness consultations with all new members that uncover each member's needs and tailor solutions to their goals and readiness, while highlighting the value of the training department. Design and facilitate an enjoyable, empowering Municipal Blueprint Assessment that helps each member understand their current fitness status, identify relevant opportunity areas, and see a clear path toward reaching their full fitness potential in a way that feels motivating rather than intimidating.
