Program Operations / Student Success Coach Skillify | Las Vegas, NV (Summerlin) This opportunity is for someone who loves working with students one-on-one and wants to make a positive impact on as many students as possible. We're Skillify. We run career workshops and mentorship programs that help students figure out what they want to do with their lives. We've reached thousands of students across 220+ schools — and we're just getting started. What You'll Actually Do You'll be the operations of the program and the coach students text when they're stuck, scared, or celebrating. You're their hype person, their accountability partner, and sometimes just the person who believes in them when no one else does. Support full-day career workshops at schools across California and Nevada (typically 7AM

• 3PM PT) for 2-3 days each week Connect with students 1:1 and in groups — you're approachable, memorable, someone they trust Coach students 1:1 virtually
• we promise students personalized text-based support from 9am
• 8pm PT every day (Monday
• Sunday) and rotate shifts Travel to school sites , sometimes 3+ hours each way, with some overnight travel 2x/month Keep systems running : scheduling, tracking, onboarding new schools and students, conducting progress calls with teachers Work with AI tools that handle the busywork so you can focus on the human stuff Whatever else needs doing — we're a startup, roles flex You're Right for This If.

Requirements Work with us in-person in Las Vegas, at our Summerlin office, when not at school-sites Available to support in-person conferences 2-3 days per week, often full-day (6+ hours on-site) Valid driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to drive 3+ hours to school sites Open to overnight travel when conferences are far from Las Vegas Open to working late hours to virtually support students 9am

We have weekend shifts and team members rotate so everyone gets at least two consecutive days off each week. Mastery of Google Drive for staying organized and tech fluent Strong written communication (you'll be messaging all day) Comfortable learning new tech and AI tools quickly
