Realize Their Potential. 21BOOM Reimagine Fitness is seeking a Movement Coach to help people move well, stay strong, and realize their potential through coach-led fitness, behavior change, and lifelong development. Job Summary The Movement Coach delivers an exceptional coaching experience through private training, small group training, movement assessments, behavior change coaching, and member education. Movement Coaches help people move better, become stronger, build confidence, and improve their long-term health. More than instructors, they are educators, mentors, and guides who help members develop the habits, mindset, and movement skills necessary to thrive throughout life. Successful Movement Coaches demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, empathy, humility, and an unwavering commitment to helping others realize their potential. They understand that coaching is about developing people—not simply delivering exercise. Every Movement Coach begins with a comprehensive onboarding process and receives ongoing mentorship in the Move Forward Operating System. Primary Responsibilities Coaching Excellence Lead coach-led small group training sessions. Deliver one-on-one and two-on-one private training. Conduct movement screens and assessments. Provide exercise prescription based on assessment findings. Track member progress and celebrate meaningful milestones. Deliver behavior change coaching that supports long-term success. Modify programming to meet individual needs and abilities. Ensure every session is safe, engaging, and professionally coached. Member Relationships Build meaningful relationships with members. Encourage consistency, confidence, and accountability. Learn each member's goals, challenges, and motivations. Help create a welcoming and supportive community. Professional Development Maintain accurate session notes and assessments. Participate in ongoing education and professional development. Collaborate with other coaches to continually improve programming. Movement Coaches are expected to continually develop their expertise through ongoing education, including certifications and mentorship in movement science and related coaching systems. Represent 21BOOM Reimagine Fitness with professionalism both inside and outside the facility. Community Impact Welcome prospective members during consultations. Participate in workshops, seminars, and community events. Support corporate wellness initiatives and outreach opportunities. Contribute ideas that improve the member experience. Qualifications We're less concerned about finding the perfect résumé and more interested in finding the right person.

Professionalism, integrity, and humility. The ability to coach individuals of all ages and abilities. Confidence leading both private training and small group training. Strong observation, movement analysis, and coaching skills. A positive, team-first attitude. Preferred Qualifications Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent) CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain) Experience coaching adults in a professional fitness setting Experience leading small group training Experience with movement assessment, corrective exercise, behavior change, manual therapy, assisted stretching, or evidence-based movement systems is preferred but not required. Experience with systems such as Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Original Strength, StrongFirst, BackFitPro, or Reflexive Performance Resets is welcomed but not required. A desire to continually learn and grow within the Move Forward Operating System. What Makes This Different This isn't a typical fitness job.
