Duties Conduct comprehensive CPR, AED, and first aid training sessions for diverse audiences using instructor-led methods. Utilize first aid instruction simulation dummies and emergency defibrillation trainers to enhance hands-on learning experiences. Demonstrate proper AED operation and first aid techniques while ensuring participant understanding and engagement. Assess participant skills through practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback to improve proficiency. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certification statuses in compliance with organizational standards. Stay current with updates in first aid protocols, CPR procedures, and relevant safety regulations to ensure the highest quality instruction. Experience Prior experience teaching adult education classes or conducting classroom training sessions is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in

CPR, AED

operation, and basic life support (BLS) training instruction. Experience with instructor-led training programs, including lesson planning and classroom management. Lifeguard experience or swimming background is advantageous due to the emphasis on water safety and rescue techniques. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences through public speaking and clear instruction. Familiarity with first aid instruction simulation dummies and emergency defibrillation trainers to facilitate effective hands-on practice.
