We are looking for a Wellness Lead to join our team and become an important part of the day-to-day experience at Pure Sweat in Strongsville, Ohio The Wellness Lead is a special role within our studio. You are someone we trust to help lead the energy of the studio, support the team, take care of our clients, and make sure things are running smoothly. You are a familiar face. A go-to person. A steady presence. Most importantly, you help make our studio feel like the kind of place people want to come back to. Our Mission Pure Sweat Studios is a community-focused retreat for health, healing + connection within We believe wellness is about more than what happens during a session. It's about how people feel when they walk through the door, the relationships they build, and creating a space where taking care of yourself feels good. Your Role As a Wellness Lead, you'll work closely with our Studio Manager and Assistant Manager while helping bring our vision and culture to life each day. You'll welcome clients, support the team, help with sales and memberships, keep the studio beautiful and organized, and be there to help when things don't go exactly as planned. You don't need to have all the answers. You do need to care, communicate, use good judgment, and be willing to step up. We're looking for someone who wants to grow as a leader while still being very connected to the people and experience at the heart of our business. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming our clients and helping them feel at home from the moment they walk through the door. Building genuine relationships with our members and getting to know the people who make up our community. Helping clients understand our services, memberships, packages, and products. Being a trusted point person during your shifts and helping the studio run smoothly. Supporting and encouraging your teammates throughout the day. Helping new team members learn the ropes and feel comfortable in the studio. Making sure the studio is clean, organized, stocked, and ready for our clients. Helping with opening and closing responsibilities. Handling the little things that come up throughout the day—and knowing when to loop in management. Supporting studio sales and membership goals through genuine conversations and great service. Helping create a positive energy within the studio. Sharing ideas, noticing opportunities, and helping us continue to make the studio better. Communicating client feedback, team needs, and anything important to the Studio Manager or Assistant Manager.

Stay calm when things get busy. You can juggle a lot while still making each client feel cared for. Are curious. You want to learn, ask questions, and understand why we do things the way we do. Want to grow. You're interested in developing your leadership skills and becoming an even bigger part of our team. Experience Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, spa, retail, customer service, or another people-focused environment is a plus. Leadership or key-holder experience is helpful, but we care just as much about who you are and how you show up.
