About the Role ND Collab is hiring wellness coaches to join our team as independent contractors, supporting neurodiverse individuals and families through the ND Collab app. We're looking for people with relevant experience in one or more wellness modalities, such as yoga therapy, mindfulness or meditation coaching, licensed counseling, nutrition or holistic wellness coaching, or stress and emotional regulation support. Responsibilities Provide individual and group wellness coaching sessions through the app, at your own set pricing, in your area of specialty May choose to sell other evergreen content such as pdf-formatted courses, guides, pre-recorded video courses, or other downloadable educational content Build practical, hands-on strategies with clients around regulation, mindfulness, movement, or emotional wellbeing, depending on your specialty Create app content related to your coaching focus Collaborate with licensed coaches (SLP, OT, BSC) on shared clients when relevant Maintain documentation consistent with platform requirements Qualifications Relevant certification, licensure, or experience in your wellness specialty (for example, registered yoga therapist, certified mindfulness or meditation instructor, Licensed Professional Counselor, certified nutrition or holistic wellness coach, somatic coach, art or music therapist, or breathwork practitioner) Experience with neurodivergent individuals and families Comfort with telehealth or app-based coaching formats Alignment with ND Collab's community-owned, neurodivergent-led values Compensation & Benefits This is a 1099 contractor role. You set your own session and group coaching pricing. As a member of our coaching team, you also receive our full five-tier affiliate earnings structure with rates locked permanently at enrollment, plus featured exposure across the ND Collab site, app, and social channels.

$35.00 - $120.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week
