Train and Nourish is a women-only strength training studio in Philadelphia seeking an experienced personal trainer for our Ardmore location during afternoon and evening hours with clients ready to join your book! About the Role This is an independent contractor (1099) position within our appointment-based personal training model. Our studio currently has consistent client demand during afternoon and evening hours, making this an excellent opportunity for a coach who prefers those training times. What Makes This Opportunity Different Established client base available Appointment-only training (no floor shifts) Clients provided — no marketing required Women-only environment focused on strength and progressive overload Education-driven coaching culture Professional liability insurance provided Excellent staff and community Design and lead your own programming Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one strength training sessions Design and adjust programs using progressive overload principles Coach proper lifting technique and movement mechanics Track client progress and evolve programming appropriately Maintain professional communication with clients Option to run small group classes with 10 women, circuit style Compensation $25-$55 per hour depending on session volume Performance-based monthly bonus opportunities Immediate earning potential due to existing client demand Additional coach incentive opportunities available About Train and Nourish Train and Nourish operates five Philadelphia-area locations and focuses exclusively on strength training for women.
