SUMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for clinical leadership in the lactation department, driving patient outcomes, teamwork and collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

(S): Bachelor's degree in Nursing Five (5) years maternal child nursing experience required Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. Certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

(S): Master's degree in a job related field preferred.
