Job Description
Job Summary Life Coaching 4 Kids Center is a mission-driven behavioral health and family support organization focused on helping children, adolescents, and families impacted by foster care, juvenile justice involvement, and complex family systems. We are committed to reunification, restoration, and long-term family stability through compassionate, trauma-informed support and community-based care. The Behavioral Health Coach will work directly with children, adolescents, and caregivers to provide supportive services in community and office settings. This role is ideal for individuals who want meaningful behavioral health work with flexible scheduling while supporting families through life-changing challenges. Pay is based on level of education and experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in providing behavioral support to children and families served by the Center Support case management and care coordination activities under the supervision of clinical staff Connect families to community resources and services Monitor client well-being and document progress accurately and professionally Facilitate positive, therapeutic interactions and assist with skill-building activities Communicate with caregivers and team members to support treatment goals Help ensure a safe, respectful environment for clients Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in social services, behavioral health, psychology, or related field preferred Experience working with vulnerable or at-risk populations (children, families involved in foster care, juvenile justice, or behavioral health systems) Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries and support therapeutic goals Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Must be able to work in-person in office on set days Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs Why Join Our Team?
