Executive Functioning Coach Part-Time Contract Position | Minnetonka, MN Ready Psych Go is a growing psychology practice serving children, teens, adults, and families in the western Twin Cities. As we continue to expand, we are building our executive functioning coaching services and are looking for a warm, engaging Executive Functioning Coach to grow with us. This role focuses on helping clients of different ages build practical skills around organization, planning, time management, task initiation, prioritization, follow-through, routines, and goal setting. Clients may include school-aged children and teens, college students, working professionals, parents, and other adults who want support managing executive functioning challenges in daily life. Because this is a new and growing service line, the position will begin with a small caseload and flexible hours. As referrals and demand grow, there will be the opportunity to take on additional clients, expand your hours, and help shape the executive functioning program at Ready Psych Go. This could be an especially good fit for someone who already works in psychology, education, coaching, social work, occupational therapy, or a related field and is looking for flexible, meaningful work alongside their current schedule. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one executive functioning coaching to children, teens, college students, and adults Help clients develop practical strategies for organization, planning, prioritization, time management, task initiation, routines, and follow-through Support adults with areas such as workload management, procrastination, household organization, competing responsibilities, and establishing sustainable systems Collaboratively establish goals and track client progress Tailor strategies to each client's individual strengths, needs, and stage of life Communicate with parents or caregivers when appropriate for younger clients Collaborate with the Ready Psych Go clinical team when helpful Help us continue developing and refining our growing executive functioning coaching program Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is warm, dependable, organized, encouraging, and genuinely enjoys helping people become more confident and independent. Ideal candidates may have a background in: Psychology Education or special education Social work Occupational therapy ADHD or executive functioning coaching Academic or professional coaching Behavioral or learning support Experience working with individuals with ADHD, autism, learning differences, or executive functioning challenges is especially valuable. A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred. Graduate students and professionals looking to expand their experience are encouraged to apply. Schedule This is a flexible, part-time contract position. Approximately 2-5 hours per week to start, based on client demand, with meaningful opportunity for the caseload and hours to grow as the program expands. Some afternoon or evening availability is helpful, though adult clients may also be seen during daytime hours. Responsive communication on weekends may be required as well.
