LifeTutors is a nationally-accredited, clinically-informed coaching company supporting young adults seeking whole life wellness and independence. www.lifetutors.com We are seeking to add new coaches to our team in Greenville, SC. Coaches are considered contractors and paid $50-$100 per session. We are looking for an experienced life coach. A background in the mental health field is ideal. This participant is looking for in-person support with developing daily structure, incorporating healthy habits, and pursuing full life wellness. Coaches will meet with the client 2x-3x per week for 60-90 minutes each. The Coach teams share a 30 min call once a week to reflect on the previous week and collaborate on next steps. About us : Our coaching sessions are in-person and take place at home, at school & in the community- wherever our participants' goals are. We work in coach teams, alternating appointments and gathering/sharing information with a greater network of supporters with the permission & of the participant. Travel to meet the client will be required. Duties include : Conduct individual coaching sessions with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized goal plans Provide guidance and support to clients in achieving their goals, such as academics, employment, independent living, managing their medication, and more. Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to address clients' unique needs Collaborate with LifeTutors team on participant's goals/progress Keep accurate records of client progress, notes, and maintain confidentiality of participant information Participate in earning LifeTutors' in-house coaching certification

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or master's degree in a human services related field, such as psychology, counseling, social work or education -or- ICF/BCC/similar coaching certification Experience working in behavioral health with young adults Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients Empathy and an accepting approach to supporting young adults in transition Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Training and Supervision:

Coaches earn in-house coaching certification LifeTutors offers regular (several times per month) group training sessions LifeTutors leadership is part of every coach pairing, providing continuous guidance and supervision
