Come Grow with Us! Solving Autism, LLC is actively seeking caring and energetic individuals for Registered Behavior Technician roles! We have an opening within our new Rock Hill, SC clinic. This site has a unique vision, focusing on developing functional life skills with adolescents and teenage learners in a home-like setting. RBT's in our Rock Hill clinic site will be able to blend traditional ABA-interventions with increased opportunities for community-based learning opportunities, job-readiness training and the development of independent living skills. RBT's play a critical role in the lives of the children we serve! RBT's work in a one-on-one setting to provide highly individualized skill building and learning opportunities in accordance with each individual's treatment plan. Solving Autism prides itself on implementing best-practices with a whole-person approach to learning. We are BHCOE-accredited and privately owned by a BCBA with a history of excellent outcomes since 2013 in the Charlotte and Upstate SC regions. We utilize neurodivergent-affirming practices, positive reinforcement techniques while blending both NET methods with traditional DTT instruction methods. RBT's also play an important role in data collection. Training and on-going support is provided. Paid training is provided for candidates new to the field, and current RBT's are always encouraged to apply.
