Job Description
Trainer - Burn Boot Camp Burn Boot Camp is looking for an energetic, people-first Trainer to lead group workouts, build community, and help members reach their goals. This role blends personal-training-level attention with group energy — motivating multiple clients at once while keeping every session safe, effective, and on-brand. What You'll Do Lead engaging, high-energy camps and deliver a warm "Blue Carpet" welcome to every member. Coach proper exercise technique and modify workouts for all fitness levels. Build genuine relationships with members through follow-up, focus meetings, and community events, and convert trial/promotional clients into long-term members. Support social media content and member engagement efforts. Keep certifications current (CPR/AED, plus ongoing Burn HQ training) and communicate through team systems like Basecamp. Help with day-to-day gym operations — equipment, cleanliness, reporting facility needs — and pitch in on kids camps, pop-ups, and member workshops. What We're Looking For A positive, motivating communicator who thrives coaching a room full of people at once. Self-starter with a growth mindset, open to feedback, with strong customer service instincts and comfort on social media. Tech-comfortable enough to learn new systems and keep accurate records. Flexible schedule and a team-first attitude.
