FlexPro (Stretch Practitioner) About The Stretching Place The Stretching Place is located in Amarillo, TX. The Stretching Place is a locally owned studio focused on one-on-one stretch sessions using a structured, professional approach. We provide a calm environment where clients come consistently to improve mobility and move better. Position Summary Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions using a structured, hands-on approach. This role requires consistency, focus, and the ability to lead each session with confidence. This is a part-time role with opportunity to grow into full-time. This is an active, client-facing role with back-to-back sessions throughout the shift. Successful candidates are able to confidently run a full schedule of sessions and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience within the first 30 days. They maintain a steady pace across back-to-back sessions and understand that consistency drives results. They enjoy working with people, building ongoing client relationships, and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience week after week. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions following studio protocols Adjust intensity based on client feedback Maintain smooth, professional session flow with clear, confident communication Review notes before sessions and document after Prepare and reset stretch areas between clients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio Maintain consistent session pacing and effectively manage a full schedule Qualifications NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach certification required. Must be completed on employees time and at employee expense prior to working with clients. Background in yoga, Pilates, personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, or similar preferred Seeking a long-term role with path to full-time Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales or client conversion experience strongly preferred Able to follow structure while adapting to each client Comfortable in a hands-on, client-facing role No active or planned competing stretching or bodywork business Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods Safely perform repeated stretching techniques Lift and support client limbs as needed Schedule & Compensation Starts part-time with opportunity to move to full-time Training pay $16 per hour. $18 per hour upon completion. Additional compensation based on session volume Paid in-studio training provided (separate from NASM certification) This role requires professionalism, consistency, and the ability to lead each session with confidence.
