This position assists the mascot with providing enriching connections among Del Mar College's various supporters--including the campus community, alumni, donors, future students and general population--to reinforce Del Mar College's mission, values, and commitment to the communities it serves while encouraging a vibrant collegiate culture that nurtures the Viking spirit. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalency. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a spirit coach at a high school, college, university or professional/semiprofessional sports team.
