StretchLab Frisco and Flower Mound is hiring a Stretch Therapist (Flexologist) to join our team. This is a paid, hands-on position working one-on-one with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement. It is a great opportunity for students and professionals with backgrounds in kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, athletic training, personal training, massage therapy, chiropractic, or dance who want experience working directly with clients. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions for members and introductory clients Assess mobility and help clients work toward individual flexibility and movement goals Build relationships with clients and help them stay consistent with their programs Educate clients on mobility, stretching, recovery, and healthy movement Maintain accurate client notes and track progress Participate in team training and continuing education Help create a welcoming, professional studio environment Occasionally participate in community events, studio outreach, and social media content What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Comfortable working hands-on with clients Friendly, professional, dependable, and a strong communicator Interested in mobility, movement, recovery, and helping people feel better Able to build relationships and motivate clients Open to learning StretchLab's assisted stretching methodology Available for a consistent weekly schedule, including some evenings and/or weekends Preferred Background Candidates should have education, certification, or experience in one or more of the following: Kinesiology or Exercise Science Physical Therapy or PT support Athletic Training Personal Training Massage Therapy Chiropractic Yoga or Pilates Dance or related movement fields Training All Flexologists complete StretchLab's proprietary training program, including approximately 20 hours of online education and two days of in-person training , before working independently with clients. This role provides valuable hands-on experience for anyone interested in a future career in physical therapy, sports medicine, wellness, fitness, or other movement-based professions.
