Hays County Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, energetic Women's Strength & Rehab Coach to join our growing team. This is not your typical personal training position. You will work alongside a Doctor of Physical Therapy to help women transition from rehabilitation into lifelong strength through our signature Reclaim & Rise Method . Our clients include women navigating pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause, chronic pain, and those looking to build strength for longevity. Responsibilities Lead one-on-one personal training sessions Coach small group strength classes (4-8 participants) Teach proper lifting technique and movement mechanics Progress exercise programs developed by the physical therapy team Monitor client safety and exercise form Document client progress Encourage accountability and celebrate client successes Collaborate with physical therapists and other team members Maintain a clean, organized training space Deliver an exceptional client experience Qualifications Required Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for helping others improve their health and confidence Ability to coach clients of varying fitness levels Preferred Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field Experience working with women ages 35+ Corrective Exercise certification Pregnancy/Postpartum coaching certification Pelvic health or rehabilitation experience Group fitness coaching experience Nutrition coaching certification What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is compassionate, positive, and encouraging Values education and continuous learning Enjoys working closely with healthcare professionals Believes strength training improves quality of life Creates a welcoming environment for every client Takes initiative and works well independently Benefits Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay based on experience Continuing education opportunities Mentorship from a Doctor of Physical Therapy Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding women's wellness practice Positive, supportive team culture Schedule Full-time Daytime and evening availability preferred Some flexibility based on client schedule Why Join Us?
