About X365 Fitness X365 Fitness combines evidence-based fitness coaching, nutrition, lifestyle optimization, and medical longevity services to help clients improve body composition, performance, metabolic health, and long-term well-being. Our coaching model is personal, data-informed, and built around sustainable behavior change. Position Summary The Health Coach serves as a trusted guide throughout each client's health journey. This role provides education, accountability, individualized programming, and ongoing support while collaborating with X365 Nurse Practitioners and other members of the care team when appropriate. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at the intersection of fitness, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and laboratory-informed coaching. This position does not diagnose medical conditions or independently prescribe treatment; medical decisions remain with the appropriate licensed provider. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct onboarding consultations and regular coaching appointments, virtually and/or in person.
  • Develop individualized nutrition, exercise, recovery, sleep, stress-management, and lifestyle programs.
  • Review client progress, body-composition data, wearable metrics, and other relevant health information.
  • Provide consistent accountability through scheduled check-ins, messaging, and proactive follow-up.
  • Educate clients using practical, evidence-based strategies that support sustainable behavior change.
  • Maintain timely and accurate client documentation within Healthie or other approved systems.
  • Coordinate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure coaching recommendations align with the client's medical plan. Blood Work Analysis and Program Integration
  • Review comprehensive laboratory results in collaboration with the X365 medical team.
  • Recognize and explain common metabolic, hormonal, thyroid, lipid, inflammatory, hematologic, and micronutrient biomarkers within the coach's scope of practice.
  • Translate relevant laboratory findings into individualized nutrition, exercise, recovery, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Identify meaningful trends in client data and escalate abnormal, concerning, or medically significant findings to the supervising Nurse Practitioner.
  • Help clients understand how their behaviors and programming may influence measurable health outcomes over time. Preferred Qualifications
  • N1 Education certification or coursework, or active pursuit of an N1 credential.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Human Performance, Health Promotion, Public Health, Physiology, Biology, Nursing, or another relevant health science field.
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or other licensed healthcare professional with an interest in preventive health, fitness, and lifestyle medicine.
  • NASM, ACE, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, ACSM, NSCA, or another nationally recognized health, nutrition, fitness, or strength-and-conditioning credential.
  • Two or more years of experience in health coaching, fitness coaching, nutrition coaching, wellness consulting, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience reviewing blood work and integrating laboratory findings into individualized programming.
  • Experience collaborating with Nurse Practitioners, physicians, registered dietitians, or other healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with longevity medicine, metabolic health, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
  • Experience with Healthie or another EMR/coaching platform, body-composition analysis, and wearable health data.
  • Current CPR/AED certification. Core Competencies

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
