Job Description

The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking friendly, dependable individuals with a passion for wellness to join our team as part-time Wellness Coaches.
Current staffing need:
Monday-Friday:
5:00 AM-9:00 AM opening shift (a few days per week)
Requirements:
Ability to work at least two weekend shifts per month Flexibility for rotating coverage Availability to work some holidays If you enjoy helping others achieve their wellness goals, we'd love to hear from you! DUTIES of a Wellness Coach Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.
QUALIFICATIONS
of a Wellness Coach Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
