About the role We're excited to expand our team and are currently seeking passionate, energetic group fitness instructors to lead a variety of multi-specialty classes! HealthFitness is excited to share that we are looking for a substitute/as-needed/fill-in Group Class Instructor to join the team at our client site located in Tysons, VA! Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. The compensation range for this role is $45/hr - $55/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
