Job Overview Parkers Manor of Health Services seeks a knowledgeable, dependable CBRF Instructor to join our growing healthcare training team. We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional who is passionate about teaching and preparing individuals to provide safe, quality care. Duties Provide engaging, professional CBRF instruction in accordance with Wisconsin training requirements. Medication Administration Standard Precautions Fire Safety First Aid & Choking Facilitate classroom instruction, demonstrations, skills practice, and competency testing as required. Maintain accurate attendance and required student training documentation. Create a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Current Wisconsin-approved CBRF Instructor status for one or more of the four CBRF courses. Previous CBRF teaching or healthcare education experience preferred. Healthcare background strongly preferred (RN, LPN, or other experienced healthcare professional). Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Dependable, professional, and comfortable working with diverse adult learners.

Compensation:

$35-$45/hour based on qualifications, instructor approvals, and teaching experience. What We Provide Parkers Manor of Health Services manages student enrollment, training supplies, paperwork, and general program operations so instructors can focus primarily on providing high-quality instruction. We are building a team of experienced healthcare professionals who are passionate about developing the next generation of healthcare workers.
